The Regal stadium is on the A184 between the A19 and Sunderland. From the Tesco’s roundabout on the A19, take the A184, signposted to Sunderland. Continue on this road for appoximately three miles, Sunderland stadium is on left-hand side.
Racing
Race nights are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, admission is £5.00 for adults, under 16’s get in free.
Crowd capacity is 1,500 and there is parking for 500 cars.
The track is 378 metres in circumference. The distances raced are 261, 450, 640, 828, metres. The run to the first bend is 93 metres for the 450m and 84 metres in the 640m.
