Tottenham Hotspur today announced an outline plan for its ‘Northumberland Development Project’ and beginning a public consultation exercise. The club have released some early images that reveal the location and likely associated elements of the scheme.

Tottenham also revealed in their literature an ingenious plan to build the new stadium and demolish White Hart Lane in stages, which would appear to rule out any ground-sharing or temporary occupation of Wembley Stadium.
